Return & Exchange Policy

At KBomb Kratom, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our 30-day return and exchange policy allows you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and any re-shipping fees for exchanges.

Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

1. Return Requested Within 30 Days - Your order must have been delivered to you no more than 30 days before the return request.

2. Return at Least 50% of the Remaining Product - The item must be in its original packaging, and at least half of the product should still be remaining.

3. Opened vs. Unopened Units - You may return any number of sealed, unopened items for a full refund.  You may return only one opened item, as long as at least 50% remains.

  • Example: Ordered 3 jars of the same gummies - all opened, each with more than 50% remaining → Only 1 jar is refundable.

  • Example: Ordered 3 jars of the same gummies - 2 are unopened, 1 is opened with over 50% remaining → All 3 jars are refundable.

 

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

1. Exchange Requested Within 30 Days -Your order must have been delivered to you no more than 30 days before the exchange request.

2. Return Unopened Product - The product you are sending back to exchange must be sealed and in its original packaging.



3 Easy Steps to Make a Return or an Exchange

1. Submit a Return/Exchange Request to info@kbombkratom.com.

You must provide the following information:

  • Order Number 
  • Date Received
  • Items being returned - indicating the state of each item (either opened with 50% or more product remaining or product remains sealed and its original packaging)
  • Reason for items being returned
  • If an exchange, indicate the requested product you would like in exchange

2. Approval/Denial of Return Request

  • Upon review and approval of your return or exchange request, we will send you a return shipping label to ship the product back to us. 
  • Items returned back to us without an authorized return request will not be accepted.
  • Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or if it’s an exchange, it will be added to your exchange invoice.

3. Return/Exchange Inspection

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if your return meets our eligibility criteria. 
  • The inspection and refund process can take 5-10 business days from the date the return is received back at our facility.
  • If you are not approved, an email will be sent to you detailing the reasons why a refund cannot be issued.

        Refunds

  • If approved, a refund minus the return shipping fee will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected back onto your payment method.

        Exchange

  • If approved, then the return shipping fee, the new shipping fee and the price difference (if any) will be emailed to you via an invoice. Once the invoice is paid then the exchange order will be processed and shipped.  Reminder that if your exchange item is more than $100 you get free shipping.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription with KBomb, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance or if your total is more than our Free Shipping Order threshold.

 

Subscription Cancellation Eligibility

A minimum of two subscription orders is required to be eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time via the Subscription Customer Portal.

 

Manage Your Subscription

To manage your subscription, please visit our Subscription Customer Portal. You can make updates to your subscription by swapping out flavors, adding products, skipping shipments, updating payment information and more!

 

Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You can cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew your subscription.
