If you are not completely happy with your KBomb products, then simply email us at info@kbombkratom.com and let us know. Please note, that In order to be eligible for a refund you must be able to return at least 50% (of the remaining purchased product) in its original packaging.

Please include your name and order number as well as your email address. After your email is received and reviewed you will be required to ship back the product via usps priority mail. Once the product is returned and inspected you will be eligible for your refund.
