Please Note:
- To be eligible for a return, you must return at least 50% of the remaining purchased product in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Once an order is submitted and confirmed, we are unable to make any changes.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not liable for any shipping issues or lost packages due to incorrect address information you provided and will not reship your order to the correct address.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kbombkratom.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without an authorized return request will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kbombkratom.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
When you purchase a subscription with KBomb, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscription Cancellation Eligibility
- A minimum of two subscription orders is required to be eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time.

Auto-Renewal
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You can cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew your subscription.
