Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 24 hours* if placed before 2PM CST. Orders after 2PM are processed the next business day.

*Important: Next Day Air orders placed before 2PM CST on business days ship same day for next-day delivery. Orders after 2PM ship next business day. Friday orders before 2PM with Next Day Air usually arrive Monday; UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground; P.O. Boxes use USPS Priority Mail.

Free Shipping:

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 - no code needed! Free standard shipping is processed through USPS Ground Advantage and has a 3-5 business day delivery time.

Shipping Protection:

At KBomb, your order’s safe delivery matters. Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout for added peace of mind.

What’s Covered:

• Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms that your package was lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue store credit.
• Stolen Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you never received it, we will offer a one-time courtesy replacement with a signed affidavit and valid photo ID.
• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives visibly damaged, we’ll replace it or issue store credit. Photo evidence is required.

We do not ship Kratom to the following states and locations:

• Indiana
• Rhode Island
• Vermont
• Wisconsin
• San Diego, CA
• Jerseyville, IL
• Union County, MS

Back Orders:

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email. We will ship the rest of your order immediately, minus the product in question. When the product is back in stock, we will send it to you. This situation is rare, as we typically maintain all items in stock and ready to ship promptly.
