I wasn't sure if I was feeling anything from these. I was trying them for Restless Leg Syndrome. It seemed to help with that as I did not have to take as many pain pills for my legs.
Kim! Let's talk! Green is typically used for mood enhancement and focus, some energy. Higher doses lean toward a bit of sedation, but only a distraction from pain. I suggest mixing in a couple of red capsules to your mix. For instance if you take 4, try 2 red and 2 green. If you take an odd number, make the green the higher amount for daytime use. You should see some mesaurable results! You can go all red at night.
