Always start out with less, with half or 1 gummy. Depending on my back pain, I usually take 1/2-1 gummy myself. Works great and allows me to do my exercises and keep up with yard work

A little concerned

I placed two orders on June 5. One is moving and the other one is still waiting to be fulfilled. And of course it's the red 7 tabs. I know how quickly they sell out. I've just never seen this before when I've ordered from you. We both know how difficult it is to get the Red7I finally scraped together enough money and ordered all I could afford. Getting more than a little nervous that there is some sort of issue in getting them sent.Fingers crossed.

Nice and smooth

I do like the dummies. For me at least the Happy Ranchers are ideal to take about an hour before bedtime. The customer service is off the charts fantastic.

Worth the orice
