If you're hardcore it might be too middle of the road (I'd go for the white) but if you're looking to just brighten your day with a scarlet glow, it's the one to go for.

Easy to take and super fast acting. I really like the soft gels. Much easier to take than capsules or powder and I can feel the positive effects a lot faster.

I really liked using the gummies for pain. Unfortunately, for someone with breathing problems, they acted like a neurosuppressor for me and could not continue them.
I will continue to say they did wonders for my pain but could not keep it up.

Long lasting effect. Kept mood and energy levels up for roughly about 5 hours. Don't take too much at once or it will do the complete opposite. Only down side is, the taste. To me, it taste like cherry NYQuil. Hopefully they can change the formula when it comes to taste
