I wish I had known about this product before consulting aa pain management doctor back in 2012. He prescribed Fentanyl patches plus Nucynta for breakthrough pain.When the doctor relocated, I had to stop both powerful opiates "" cold turkey. " The resulting withdrawal was worse than the pain I experienced when my hand was partially severed!. I'm having no overt side effects from krantom, finding I don't need it every day. The only minor drawback is that it can be harsh on my stomach. ( I have stomach cancer; half of my stomach was removed) Tums helps with the gastric upset.
