I purchased this product to try out and see if it would help as productivity, movement and thinking matters to every human when you face pain or challenges as you get older LOL. You want to adjust and address them. However, it's not that easy as Tylenol we know helps but only masks as well as other pain. Relieving medications have side effects this product as far exceeded my expectations and will continue to purchase based on my experience. I think for me the gummies work well. The capsules work well soft gels and the liquefied drops work well. However, the best one seems to be the capsule soft gel, then the drops, then the gummies based on your day and how much you're doing. I would determine that before taking but more than anything. Whatever you buy will benefit and help you.
